Sam Bankman-Fried, founder and former CEO of FTX, has pleaded not guilty in regards to criminal charges brought against him in connection with the collapse of his exchange. He appeared for his first hearing since bail was revoked early August before Magistrate Judge Sarah Netburn. The amended indictment contained fraud and money laundering conspiracy charges which he denied as well.
